AI Acceptable Use Policy
Updated October 16, 2026
This policy applies to Nator’s AI subtitle translation and contextual term explanations, including on-device AI translation. It does not moderate or control YouTube itself. By using Nator AI, you agree to these restrictions alongside our Terms.
Disallowed content and uses
- Using AI translation or explanations to consume, generate, reproduce or expand pornography, sexually explicit or graphic sexual content, erotic roleplay, or sexual NSFW content.
- Any sexualization or exploitation of minors, non-consensual sexual content, sexual coercion, trafficking or intimate-image abuse.
- Facilitating illegal activity, violent wrongdoing, self-harm, fraud, targeted hateful abuse, harassment, doxxing or violations of another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights.
- Bypassing safety checks or usage limits, sharing or reselling access, automated bulk extraction, or attempting to override safeguards through captions, titles or other input.
Non-graphic medical, reproductive-health, consent, historical and other factual educational discussion is allowed. An isolated anatomical word or quoted term is not, by itself, a violation. Educational framing does not permit pornographic or exploitative material.
How restrictions are enforced
Nator checks AI requests and responses with conservative text rules for recognizable pornographic requests and graphic sexual wording. These checks run before server authorization and model processing, and before AI responses are displayed, cached or newly uploaded as cards. Existing locally cached AI results are checked again when used. The configured AI model is also instructed to refuse prohibited work. A recognized violation stops the AI task and returns a policy restriction instead of retrying it as a temporary outage. Available basic subtitles supplied by YouTube may remain visible.
These are layered safeguards, not a guarantee of universal detection. Text rules have limited language and context coverage; slang, obfuscation, model mistakes, false positives and false negatives remain possible. Nator does not inspect video images or audio for this text service, and does not claim that all YouTube content has been reviewed. We do not use an additional third-party moderation model for these checks.
We may restrict service access after reviewing reported or repeated violations, subject to applicable law. We do not automatically suspend an account solely because a text check matched. Restrictions on prohibited AI content apply to Free and Pro users alike; payment does not remove them.
Reports and review
Report a missed violation or ask us to review a restriction at nator@aplomo.ai. Include the video URL and request ID if available, plus a brief non-graphic description. Do not send explicit imagery, full explicit transcripts, identity documents or payment-card details. We review reports and can correct rules or restrict abusive access as appropriate. See our Privacy Policy for data handling and Refund Policy for purchase issues.
