Refunds & cancellation
For billing questions, duplicate charges or a service problem, email nator@aplomo.ai with your purchase email and Creem order ID. Do not send card numbers or passwords.
Cancel your recurring subscription through Manage subscription to stop future renewals. Check the effective cancellation date in Creem’s portal. Cancelling does not itself request a refund of a previous payment.
Refund requests are reviewed based on the charge, service provided and applicable consumer rights. If Nator cannot deliver the paid service, contact us so we can resolve the issue or arrange an appropriate refund. Approved refunds are processed by Creem; payment-method processing times may vary. Any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal or refund rights remain unaffected.
A refunded or disputed payment can revoke the corresponding paid access. Unused allowance cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred to another billing period.
